The paper printout from an approved instrument subject breath test or other sequence. On the Intoxilyzer 5000C/5000 this is a card (hence" Intoxilyzer Test Card" or "Ticket" made on NCR paper with a large space for the printout by the internal printer and space for annotations by the QT. On the 8000C/8000, an external printer can be attached with a printer cable, similar to a computer, or the test record can be printed on the internal printer, which uses paper on a roll similar to a credit card point of sale machine.
