320.32 (1) " A certificate of an analyst, qualified medical practitioner or qualified technician made under this Part is evidence of the facts alleged in the certificate" The Certificate prepared by an "Analyst" at the CFS or other state lab certifying the suitability (should really be traceability, target value, and uncertainty of measurement) of a particular lot of alcohol standard manufactured by a lab.
