The Great Young Offenders Act Debate, Canada Youth Justice Court Law and Lawyers

<body> <p>Youth and young persons charged as young offenders in Toronto Youth Court may attend Youth Justice Court at 311 Jarvis Street in Toronto, Ontario. </p> <p>Young persons charged under the Youth Criminal Justice Act in Mississauga Youth Justice matters and Brampton Youth Justice matters attend Youth Justice Court at Brampton Youth Justice Court. Young Offenders Court is held in courtroom #204 at the Brampton Ontario Court of Justice at 7755 Hurontario street in Brampton, Ontario.</p> <p>Brampton young offenders are not young offenders unless and until they have been found guilty by a youth court justice sitting in Brampton Youth Justice Court. The Youth Justice Court should not be labeled Brampton Young Offenders Court or Brampton Juvenile Delinquents Court.</p> <p>Young persons charged with crimes in Canada are charged with the same crimes as adults. The criminal procedure may be slightly different under the Young Offenders Act or the Youth Criminal Justice Act but the substantive offences are the same as adults.  </p> <p>Juvenile delinquents are not delinquent unless they have been found guilty of a criminal offence by a Youth Court Justice in Canada.</p> <p>Young persons charged under the Youth Criminal Justice Act in Burlington Youth Justice Court, Milton Youth Justice Court, and Oakville Youth Justice matters attend Youth Justice Court at Burlington Youth Justice Court. </p> </body>
