Briefs Database For Canadian Criminal Law |
This database contains dispositions from the Ontario Court of Justice at Brampton, Ontario and relates to young persons ages 12 to 15. The data was collected through the kind co-operation of judges, probation officers, and court staff at Brampton Family Court during the period 1984 to 1994. There are more than 9000 sentencing dispositions contained herein. This data is published for in-courtroom and chambers use by judges, lawyers, and probation officers.
If any identifying information has inadvertently been included in this database please notify biss@lawyers.ca forthwith so that it may be expunged.
