This database originated with a listserv group of Oregon DUI attorneys and other DUI attorneys who wanted to know basic information from DUI attorneys in other provinces and states so that they could refer DUI business. Participation has always been and will continue to be free to any Oregon-dui-attorney who certifies that they are a DUI defence or defense attorney, who promises to keep their DUI contributions, including courthouse profiles, legislation sections, and breath instruments information, up to date, and who are willing to create some links to the database from their own DUI web site. Members of the public are invited to visit the links to the profiles for each Oregon-dui-attorney and to browse for DUI information herein. Banner advertising on the top of this Oregon-dui-attorney page is only available to each DUI attorney who has made significant contributions to the DUI breath instruments database. He is one of two Oregon lawyers to have taken the two and a half day overview of the Drug Recognition (DRE) program. He is the ONLY Oregon lawyer to own an Intoxilyzer 5000 breath testing device.
