Services Offered: Provincial Offences Court for Highway Traffic Act offences such as careless driving, speeding, unsafe lane changes, fail to remain, passing school bus.

Services Not Offered: Impaired driving, Over 80, and other criminal offences are dealt with at the Davis Courthouse in Brampton.

Other: It is very difficult to contact this courthouse by telephone. It is operated by the City of Mississauga, not the provincial Ministry of the Attorney General. Be wary of the First Attendance Administrator. This individual is a prosecutor, not a judge or justice of the peace. You do not have to make any admissions to him or her before you set a matter down for trial. INSIST ON A TRIAL. INSIST ON DISCLOSURE OF THE PROSECUTOR'S CASE. Insist on the attendance of the police officer or enforcement officer at trial.You do NOT have to provide defence disclosure of your case.
